Our website, https://www.fullonpulse.com (hereinafter: “the website”), uses cookies and other related technologies. This policy explains what they are, which ones we use, and how you can control them. For convenience, all such technologies are referred to as “cookies” below.
A cookie is a small file sent with the pages of the website and stored by your browser on your computer or phone. The information in it may be sent back to our servers, or to the servers of a third party, the next time you visit.
A script is a piece of program code that makes the website work properly and interactively. It runs on our server or on your device.
A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or image on a website used to monitor traffic. Very little information about you is stored through it. We do not use web beacons of our own.
Some cookies ensure that parts of the website work properly and that your preferences remain known. They keep you signed in to the wallboard, remember your language and remember your cookie choice. We may place these without your consent.
We use statistics cookies to understand how the website is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive and on what kind of device. We use them only with your permission.
One of these is Leadfeeder, from Dealfront, which in addition estimates which organisation a visit came from, using the network address the visit arrives on. It is used to see which companies are interested in Fullon Pulse. It is not used to identify you personally, and like every statistics cookie it is set only after you agree.
We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
Our server keeps a short record of each page view, which we use to estimate which organisation a visit came from. Nothing is stored on or read from your device, so it is not a cookie and the banner does not govern it; section 10 of the Privacy Policy explains it.

When you visit the website for the first time, a banner explains the cookies and asks which ones you allow. As soon as you choose Accept all, you consent to all the cookies described in this policy; Only necessary allows the functional ones alone; Settings lets you decide by category. Your choice is kept for 12 months.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
We use Google Tag Manager to load the measurement tags described above. It is present on every visit, but until you choose, every storage category is set to denied: no statistics cookie is written and no measurement is kept. Loading it does mean your browser contacts Google, which — as with any request your browser makes — lets Google see your IP address. Choosing Only necessary leaves the denied setting in place.
You can use your browser to delete cookies automatically or manually, and to refuse cookies from particular sites. Consult your browser’s help for how. Note that the wallboard cannot keep you signed in if its functional cookies are refused.
You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what happens to it and how long it is kept; to access, correct, complete, delete and restrict it; to receive it in a portable form; and to object to its processing. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
